WHY WAS MY ORDER/ITEM CANCELLED? 

Orders can be cancelled when the item is no longer available, the order is abnormal (for example, the order does not meet the standard terms and conditions, an inaccurate delivery address, placed by a customer with whom there is an outstanding or previous dispute or an order that exceeds the order thresholds) or due to an exceptional technical issue.  

Pre-orders may be cancelled if the item is unable to be shipped within 30 days of the shipment date provided at the time you placed the pre-order.

Orders are intended to be sold exclusively to end buyers for their personal needs and are not intended for resell or commercial purposes. If commercial activity is suspected, orders can be cancelled.  

When an order is cancelled, we will inform you by email and/or telephone as soon as possible. Please contact the Client Service Center if you have additional questions.  Shipping is also standard seven to fourteen business days excluding weekends RUDIOR is not responsible for deliveries outside the standard seven-to-fourteen-day standard shipping timeframe due to overseas delivery methods or unforeseen 

SHIPPING IN RETURNS?   

ALLOW 7-14BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING IN SHIPPING FOR ANY UNFORESEEN DELAYS DUE TO SUPPLY IN DEMAND CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED BUT RUDIOR IS NOT HELD LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE ARRIVAL OF ANY PURCHASES MADE ONLINE OR IN STORE OUTSIDE THE STATED 7-14 DAY PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMEFRAME.  RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 10 DAYS OF MONITORED &TRACKED DELIVERY RETURNED ORDERS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHEN PURCHASED WITH RECIEPT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. RUDIOR STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT REFUNDS DUE TO THE CONDITION OF REFUNDED MERCHANDISE, ITEM OR ITEMS DUE TO POOR QUALITY CONDITIONS OF THE CLOTHING OR ITEMS RETURNED. ITEMS RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITION WILL BE NOTIFIED WITHIN  24-48HRS AND A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7-15DAYS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL UNLESS BEING RETURNED IN GOOD QUALITY CONDITIONS WITH RECIEPTS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING RUDIOR HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS FOUND IN THE ACT OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY FOR EXAMPLE HAVING A HABIT OF RETURNING ITEMS OR MERCHANDISE REPEATATLY WITHOUT A REASONABLE CAUSE WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM SHOPPING AT RUDIOR SALES ARE MONITORED IN RECORDED.
